Her professional background includes time in New York at With Projects, 2x4, and Baron & Baron. Following this, she returned to Beijing to work with Studio NA.EO and Huasheng Media.
Dian works with cultural, lifestyle and retail institutions, artists, designers, and publishers—featuring collaborations with Prada, Miu Miu, Rimowa, Wallpaper* China, and Juanzong Books among others. Her work has received recognition from the Tokyo Type Directors Club (2021) and the Type Directors Club New York (2020). She received degrees from Central Saint Martins and Pratt Institute.
